Where does my customer list come from?
From your QR code. When a customer scans it for the first time and confirms their phone number, they’re added to your list automatically.
Do I have to type anything in?
No. Visits, stamps and rewards are recorded on their own. You only add notes if you want to.
How do WhatsApp reminders work?
Open a customer, pick a ready-made message or write your own, and send it. You can also send one message to a whole group, like everyone in Win back.
Can I call customers from the CRM?
Yes. Tap Call on any profile to ring them from your phone. The call is saved to their history so you remember who you spoke to.
Who can see my customer list?
Only your business. Your customers’ details are never shared with other shops on Awinza.
